Biography

Omar Kamal is a Sudanese artist, born in 1974 in Hillat Abbas countryside at Al-Kamilin Governorate, in the central region of Sudan. He graduated from the College of Fine and Applied Arts at Sudan University of Science and Technology and obtained his masters in Fine Arts from the department of painting in 2010 from the Sudan University of Science and Technology. He held his first exhibition in 1993 in Omdurman, Sudan, in one of its public libraries and has ever since participated in numerous exhibitions locally and internationally.
