Mohamed Wraag is a Sudanese artist passionate about the diversity and cultural richness of his country. Originally from Khartoum, he grew up in a family of art lovers, where he was immersed in the world of colours and visual traditions of Sudan from an early age. Mohamed draws inspiration from the landscapes and lives of the Sudanese people, translating the essence of a vibrant and multifaceted culture into his works. With a talent that led him to hold his first exhibition at the age of 13, Mohamed uses elements such as Arabic calligraphy and Islamic ornamentation to capture the soul of Sudan. He believes that art is essential to strengthening national identity and connecting generations, promoting his works through exhibitions and digital platforms. With each work, Mohamed conveys the transformative power of art and shares the beauty of his country with the world.
