Mohamed Abdhamid Abdgadir Saeed

Mo Hamid was born in Khartoum, Sudan, in 1985. Growing up, he took an early interest in art making, which led him to his art school tenure at the Sudan College of Fine and Applied Arts. He majored in painting from 2002 to 2006, when he attended art school. During this time, he furthered an interest in exploring various mediums and subjects, as well as a love for figurative painting styles. After receiving his BFA, Mo continued to work in his artist studio and as a concept illustrator in advertising and production studios. Mo is known for his figurative approach and intricate compositions that resemble collages created by using oil paints in big sizes. They contain a lot of detail and rich visuals. Mo exhibited his work both in Sudan and abroad.
